About the Founder

Tiana is the founder of Well-Intended. She is a certified Integrative Nutrition and Holistic Health Coach and helps her clients optimize health in all areas of life. She is a dog mama, a proud wife, a lover of coffee and good books, a home chef, and geeks out about all things wellness.
